In our continuous improvement process, we have opted to increase our high quality standards in all the hotels under our brand, Aquamarina & Spa, Silhouette & Spa, Bertran Park, The Breeze, Onabrava & Spa, Promenade & Spa and Nostre Mar Apartaments. All this has led us to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
An internationally recognized Quality Management System which is based on the analysis of standards such as the state of facilities and central services, accommodation, restaurants, entertainment and events. In addition, it takes into account the level of satisfaction of costumers and collaborators and the regulation of legal requirements and documentation.
This certification is part of AQUA Hotel’s goal of achieving excellence.
BIOSPHERE CERTIFIED
Since 2018, we have made a firm commitment to creating a more respectful and sustainable world. Obtaining the distinctive Biosphere Responsible Tourism, makes AQUA Hotel the 1st hotel chain in Costa Barcelona - Maresme with more accredited sustainable hotels.
This distinguished distinction is endorsed and aligned with the 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, in matters of improving the environment, social and cultural environment.

The hotels Aquamarina & Spa ****, Onabrava & Spa ****S and Promenade & Spa****S have been certified with the seal of Family Tourism by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
It indicates the appropriateness of the destinations to children with regarding accommodation, cuisine, security, entertainment and leisure.
SPORT TOURISM
The hotels from Santa Susanna Aquamarina & Spa****, Onabrava & Spa****S and The Breeze have been certified with the seal Sport Tourism by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
It indicates that our hotels and destinations offer high quality sources and services for elite athletes, professionals, amateurs and tourists that want to practice sport activities or to assist to competitions in Catalonia.
Aquamarina & Spa**** and Silhouette & Spa**** have been certified with the seal Cycle tourism by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
